One goal of the redesign was to build a bridge between the current requirements and the origin of the brand. The visual anchor of the appearance - the logo with its optical illusion - was formally adapted to the newly developed slogan ›Changing Perspectives‹. Furthermore, the brand was redesigned to correspond to the energetic and self-confident culture. Therefore we have developed an online style guide so the team can maintain and develop the new brand itself.
The website was designed to be a rich information platform for OSCAR's three major topics: company, consulting and careers. These areas are clearly distinguished from each other by the three primary colors. The off-white as neutral color for the company itself, the classic blue as the color for consulting and the energetic green as the color for careers.
The aim of the spatial design was to use very simple means to bring the new brand to life and make it present in the office itself. In addition, the typographic motifs convey the special corporate culture to both employees and customers in OSCAR-typical jargon.
Social media plays the central role in everyday communication at OSCAR. Instagram in particular is used to recruit new talent and to offer a look behind the scenes at OSCAR. For this we have developed editorial formats, an image pool and simple templates that make it easy for the social media team to regularly create authentic content that is on-brand.
